Terms: No fuel surcharge. No residential delivery charges. Baskets are included under free shipping incentive. Phone, fax & email orders don’t qualify. Does not include extended area surcharge, tailgate service, ice packs etc.

Excludes out of stock items, express delivery, tailgate service, waiting time, extended area surcharge and ice packs. For larger orders we reserve the right to ship via truck. Minimum order size subject to change without notice. Under rare circumstances when freight costs are out of norm due to any reason, we reserve the right to refuse such order.
Shipping Methods
FedEx Ground. Minimum Shipping Charge is $15. Insurance and Handling will be added to shipping charges. Saturday delivery with FedEx at no extra charge. We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. It may take longer for large orders or during the busy Christmas Season. An email will be sent when your order is shipped along with the tracking number and estimated arrival date. In the event that an incorrect ship to address is provided and not corrected prior to order shipping, there will be a fee per box/pallet based on carriers’ current surcharges/fees. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred due to refusal without prior authorization.

Delivery Time
In most cases, it usually takes approximately 2-5 days for shipping. It may take longer during the busy Christmas Season.
Warm Weather Shipping
We ship Chocolates year-round by using FedEx ground service for one-day transit and by FedEx Air to other places. Customer is responsible for ice packs or insulated box charges.
Substitutes
If an item is out of stock, we will try to contact you for substitutes and hold the order until noon the next business day. Please provide your daytime or cell phone number to expedite your order. Due to the risk of errors and delays, we do not add to orders.
Back orders
We do not keep backorders. Please reorder.
Return Policy
No returns without prior authorization. We will arrange for a pickup if products are shipped in error otherwise all authorized returns must be prepaid. Due to the nature of food products, we DO NOT accept returns. A 20% re-stocking charge is applied on non-food items that must be returned within 7 days. No returns on seasonal items. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred, due to refusal of an order, without prior authorization. For any damages or shortages reported, it is at SAKSCO’s discretion to replace the items or issue a refund.
Claims for Shortages/Damages
Please report all damaged shipper boxes to FedEx immediately. FedEx: (800) 463-3339. All short shipments or discrepancies should be reported immediately to us.
Shelf Life
We take special care in selecting items that have extended shelf life, including cheese and sausages. Minimum guaranteed shelf life of items is as follows:
a) Shipped Sept-Dec: Early next year
b) Shipped Jan-Aug: 60 days
If there are any deviations from the above, we will seek your approval before shipping.
