Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed on our website. Funds will be held at the time an order is placed regardless of when the order is shipped. For any order cancellations please allow up to 10 business days for funds to be released back to your account. We do not add to orders – please place a new order with the item(s) you would like to purchase, shipping will be charged as shown in the new order.
How to Order Online (All Orders Must Be Placed Online)
After logging in, click on the menu icon at the top left to choose the category of products you are searching for. Once you have selected the category view, a menu will drop down of all subcategories. There you will make your slection of which product you are interested in. Our new and improved website helps you easily filter through to find the products you are looking for, as well as viewing the entire selection.
Click on product images for more detailed information and larger item pictures. The case size, best by date and cost per unit information is displayed under the product. Enter the number of cases you wish to order in the quantity box and click on the "Add Case" button. At any point, you may review your order by clicking the "MY CART" link on the top right of your page.
When you are finished making your product selection, click on "MY CART" on the top right of the page, click "Check Out" at the bottom of your cart, and follow the instructions. As a last step, you will be taken to the Secure Check Out page to enter your credit card information. Our website is PCI Compliant, and we do not sell or share personal information with any third parties. The payment will be pre-authorized immediately and charged at the time of invoicing.
Once you submit your order you will receive an order number as well as an email confirmation for your records. Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days to ensure it is shipped to you in a timely manner. Once your order ships, you will recieve a tracking number to your email on your account. Be sure your email is kept up to date in order to recieve any email correspondences regarding your order.
Note: We are no longer offering Future Shipping, due to increase in business volumes, resulting in shortage of warehouse space. All orders placed will be for immediate shipping/pick up. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to enable you take advantage of the current available stock and product specials.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard & American Express. Prepayment is accepted by Bank Transfer Only. No C.O.D's.

Quick Order
If you already know the item codes for products you wish to purchase, you can use the Quick Order option. This is located at the bottom of our web page. This allows you to quickly punch in item codes and the number of cases for each item. If the item will not allow you to add it, this could be due to unavailability. If you wish to re-order a previous order, click on "Order History" on the top right of our website once you have logged in, and re-order whichever previous order you like.

All prices are FOB our warehouse in Sanborn, NY. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Adding to Orders
Due to the risk of errors and delays, we do not add to orders.
Exporting products purchased from Saksco
All products sold by Saksco US are intended solely for sale within the US market. Saksco does not disclose manufacturer information and is not responsible for providing any export documentation.
Website Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
