Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed on our website. Funds will be held at the time an order is placed regardless of when the order is shipped or picked up. For any order cancellations, please allow up to 10 business days for funds to be released back to your account. We do not add to orders – please place a new order with the item(s) you would like to purchase, shipping will be charged as shown in the new order.
How to Order (All Orders Must Be Placed Online)
After you log in, click on the menu at the top to choose categories of products you are searching for. Select the category to view all subcategories or use the drop-down menu to choose a specific one. Our new and improved website helps you easily filter through to find the products you are looking for, as well as viewing the entire selection.
Click on product images for more detailed information and larger item pictures. The case size and cost per unit information is displayed under the product. Put the number of cases you wish to order in the quantity box and click on the "Add Case" button. At any point, you may review your order by clicking the "MY CART" link on the top right of your page.
When you are finished making your product selection, click on "MY CART" on the top right of the page, click "Check Out", and follow the instructions. As a last step, you will be taken to the Secure Check Out page to enter your credit card information. Our website is PCI Compliant, and we do not sell or share personal information with any third parties. The payment will be authorized immediately and charged at the time of invoicing.
Once you submit your order you will receive an order number as well as an email confirmation for your records. Once we receive your order, we will process it within 24 hours and ensure it is shipped to you in a timely fashion. You will receive your order within several days to two weeks and a tracking number via email once the order has left our warehouse.
Note: We are no longer offering Future Shipping, due to increase in business volumes, resulting in shortage of warehouse space. All orders placed will be for immediate shipping/pick up. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to enable you take advantage of the current available stock and product specials.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Pre-Payment. No C.O.D's.
All prices are FOB our warehouse, Mississauga, Ontario. Prices are wholesale and GST/HST is extra where applicable.
Shipping: One Case
Pick Up: $300 (full cases only)
If you already know the item codes for products you wish to purchase, you can use the Quick Order option. This is located at the bottom of our web page. This allows you to quickly punch in item codes and the number of cases for each item. If the item will not allow you to add it, this could be due to unavailability. If you wish to re-order a previous order, click on "Order History" on the top right of our website once you have logged in, and re-order whichever previous order you like.
Adding to Orders
Due to risk of errors and delays, we do not add to orders. However, we will gladly take a new order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Ready Made Gift Baskets Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or better value. Every effort is made to secure the contents of the basket, however due to the nature of shipping some touch up may be required at your end. Basket orders cannot be returned or cancelled. Note: All baskets are supplied without box for pick ups.
