How to Order Online
After you log in, click on the menu on your left to choose categories of products you are searching for. Click on product images for more detailed information and larger item pictures. The case size and cost per unit information is displayed in the product description. Put the number of cases you wish to order in the quantity box, and click on the "Add Case" button. At any point, you may review your order by clicking the "MY CART" link on the top right of your page.
When you are finished making your product selection, click on "MY CART" on the top right of the page, click "Check Out", and follow the instructions. For example, you will be prompted to specify what we should do if an item is out of stock. As a last step, you will be taken to the Secure Check Out form to enter your credit card information. All information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by third parties.
Once you submit your order you will receive an order number as well as an email confirmation for your records. Once we receive your order, we will process it within 24 hours and ensure it is shipped to you in a timely fashion. You will receive your order within several days to two weeks.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Prepayment is accepted by Money Order Only. No C.O.D's.
An application for Credit may be submitted after purchasing from Saksco for at least one year. It takes 3-4 weeks to process an Application. Overdue accounts will be charged a Finance Charge of 2% per month and may result in delayed order processing and/or the loss of credit privileges. All orders under $300 must be paid by credit card. Invoices paid by credit card after shipping, will be charged a 3% service fee. A $25 charge will be applied to all NSF checks, which may result in the loss of credit privileges. Credit Applications will not be processed between October and December.
$200. There is a service charge of $15 for orders under $200.
If you already know the item codes for products you wish to purchase, you can use the Quick Order option on our website by quickly punching in item codes and number of cases for each. If you wish to re-order a previous order, click on "Order History" on the top right of our website once you have logged in, and re-order whichever previous order you like.
Adding to Orders
Due to risk of errors and delays, we do not add to orders. However, we will gladly take a new order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
