Brochure Designs

Your brochure is a reflection of your business and a critical marketing tool. Think of all the questions you are asked about your baskets and services. Your brochure should answer all questions simply and clearly.

SIZE: Use standard size paper (8 ½" x 11", 8 ½" x 14" or 11" x 17"). These sizes can be folded to fit a standard #10 envelope or folded and mailed without an envelope.

DESIGN: If your design looks cheap or haphazard, your product and service will be perceived to be the same. Make it pleasing to the eye and reflective of the image you want to convey to your customers.

COPY: Give readers as much information as possible about your company – your company name, location, phone, fax, toll-free number and website. State briefly what services you offer (such as custom designs, credit cards honored, delivery, shipping etc.). Title designs and give a short description of what is included in the design. If using photos in your brochure, a price range should be included of the design in the photo.A general brochure can be used year round. If photos are used, your brochure may become dated within six to twelve months.

Don't be afraid to ask professionals for help. By asking your printer, a graphic artist, or an ad agency for help, you may save time and money. Shop around and get pricing quotes from at least two or three printers.
