How do I order from you?
Since we are an importer and wholesaler, we sell to Trade only. You must have a registered business and business licence number to buy from us. All orders must be placed on our website. For faster ordering, use either the “Quick Order” or re-order features. Re-orders can be placed by viewing "Order History" on the top right-hand corner of our website.

Due to increase in business volumes, resulting in shortage of warehouse space - all orders placed will be for immediate shipping/pick up. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to enable you take advantage of the current available stock and product specials. Stock moves very quickly in our busy season!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Prepayment is accepted by Bank Transfer Only. No C.O.D's.

How can I get on credit terms?
We do not offer credit terms; all orders must be placed on our website with a valid credit card.

Am I able to buy below case size quantity?
No. We only ship by full case sizes.

Do you sell assorted cases?
For certain items, we do sell assorted cases for you to get a wide selection without purchasing too much inventory. All available assorted cases are listed on our website.

How long does it take to receive an order?
We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. It may take longer for large orders or during the busy Christmas Season. An email will be sent when your order is shipped along with the tracking number and estimated arrival date. In the event that an incorrect ship to address is provided and not corrected prior to order shipping, there will be a fee per box/pallet based on carrier’s current surcharges/fees. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred due to refusal without prior authorization.

Do you ship chocolates in the summer?
We ship Chocolates year-round by using FedEx ground service for one day transit and by FedEx Air to other places. Customer is responsible for ice packs or insulated box charges.

How do you ship your products?
We ship via FedEx Ground. Minimum Shipping Charge is $15. Insurance and Handling will be added to shipping charges. Saturday delivery with FedEx at no extra charge.

How soon should we be booking for Christmas products!
During the Christmas season it is highly recommended that you order at your earliest possible convenience to avoid disappointment.
