How do I order from you?
Since we are an importer and wholesaler, we sell to Trade only. You must have a registered business and business licence number to buy from us. 

We recommend that you place your order on our website. It is the quickest and easiest way to order. The website will let you know if an item is out of stock and suggest a suitable substitute. You may also benefit from our shipping incentives for web orders only. For faster ordering, use either the “Quick Order” or re-order features. Re-orders can be placed by viewing "Order History" on the top right hand corner of our website.

What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are paid by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Prepayment is accepted by Money Order only. No C.O.D’s.

How can I get on credit terms?
An Application for Credit may be submitted after purchasing from Saksco for at least one year. It takes 3-4 weeks to process an application. Net 30 days may then be available to customers who buy THROUGHOUT the year. Overdue accounts will be charged a 2% finance charge and may result in delayed order processing and/or loss of credit privileges. Orders under $300 must be paid by a Credit Card. Invoices paid by Credit Card after shipping will be charged a 3% service fee. A $25 charge is applied on NSF cheques.

Credit Applications are not processed between October & December. We do not disclose your credit history to other suppliers.

How do I receive a catalog?
We publish a catalog every year listing all products and prices. To order this FREE catalog, you can either register with us HERE, or phone 1-866-439-7421. You will be asked your company name, address and your Tax ID #. Due to the large number of pages in our catalog, we are unable to fax it to you.

Does your company employ sales representatives in our area?
No. We sell directly to you without having to pay commissions to sales reps which would increase your costs. With our catalog, toll free telephone, fax, and knowledgeable and friendly staff, you will never need to see a sales rep.

Does SAKSCO participate in any trade shows?
SAKSCO participates in various trade shows.

Is there a minimum order amount?
$200. There is a service charge of $15 for orders under $200.

Do you sell assorted cases?
For certain items, we do sell assorted cases for you to get a wide selection without purchasing too much inventory. All assorted cases are listed in our catalog and website.

How long does it take to receive an order?
We are committed to shipping all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ship via FedEx. Minimum freight charges are $12 per order. It takes approximately 2-7 working days for delivery. It may take longer for large orders or during the busy Christmas season. An email will be sent when your order is shipped along with the tracking number and estimated arrival date.

Do you ship chocolates in the summer?
Yes. We ship using FedEx ground service for one day transit and FedEx Air to other places. Customer is responsible for ice pack/insulated box charges. 

How do you ship your products?
We use FedEx Ground. Freight charges are FOB Sanborn, NY. Insurance & handling is added to shipping charges. 

How soon should we be booking for Christmas products!
During the Christmas season it is highly recommended that you order at your earliest possible convenience to avoid disappointment.
