SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies is a wholesaler of
gourmet, baby, bath and other gift basket related supplies to the gift basket
businesses. A valid business license is required in order to
register and purchase from the company.

Shipping & Returning Information
Free Shipping Offer SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies offers free shipping to online purchases that meet the minimum order amount for the specific locations. Shipping
via CanPar Ground where service is available.
Offer is based on Average Weight and dimensions. If your order
contains too many bulky or heavy products, e.g. pretzels, crackers,
baskets, jars etc. You will have to pay for the EXTRA WEIGHT
ONLY.
Excludes Out Of Stock Items.
Customer is responsible for special delivery charges including,
but not limited to express shipping, residential delivery, tail gate
service, waiting time etc. For information

Shipping Methods
We ship via CANPAR ground. Minimum Shipping Charges are
$12 per order. It takes approximately 2-3 working days for
delivery in Ontario and Quebec and 5 – 7 days elsewhere.
It may take longer during the busy Christmas Season.
Insurance and handling will be added to shipping charges. An
e-mail will be sent the day your order is shipped along with a
tracking number and estimated arrival date.
Delivery Time
In most cases, it usually takes approximately 2-3 working days for delivery in
Ontario and Quebec and 5-7 days anywhere else in Canada. It may take
longer during the busy Christmas Season.
Warm Weather Shipping
During summer months we can ship chocolate products to
customers in Ontario and Quebec only with one-day transit time. We
charge $3 per case for ice packs.
If for any reason Saksco is unable to deliver within the time
frame promised, you will have the option of returning the shipment
at our expense. However, Saksco cannot ship overnight and cannot
be held responsible for lost business or other claims.
Substitutes
If an item is out of stock, we will try to contact
you for substitutes and hold the order until noon the next
business day. Please provide your daytime or cell phone number to
expedite your order. Due to risk of errors and delays, we do not
add to orders. However, we will gladly take a new order.
Back orders We do not keep back orders. Please re order.
Return Policy
No returns without prior authorization.
We will arrange for a pick up if products are shipped in
error otherwise all authorized returns must be prepaid.
Due to the nature of food products, we DO NOT accept
returns. A 20 % re-stocking charge is applied on non-food items
that must be returned within 7 days. No returns on Seasonal items.
Claims for Shortages/Damages
All damages should be reported immediately to the
Carrier Company. Depending
on the nature of the complaint we may have the damaged goods
picked up for further investigation.
DO NOT dispose of these items without authorization.
All short shipments or discrepancies should be reported
immediately via fax or email to us.
Shelf Life Shelf Life indicated under each product is from the date
of manufacture, not from the date you receive the order. During the
Season (September to December) all products will have a minimum
shelf life until early next year and during January to August we
ensure that every product has a minimum shelf life of 3 months.
