SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies is a wholesaler of
gourmet, baby, bath and other gift basket related supplies to the gift basket
businesses. A valid business license is required in order to
register and purchase from the company.

Ordering Information
How to order online
After you login, click on the menu on your left to choose any products you
would like to search for. You may search on each individual listing for more
detailed information and item pictures. The case pack and cost per unit
information will be displayed under the product description.
Put the number of cases you wish to order in the quantity box, and click on the
"Order" button. At any point, you may review your order by clicking
the "View Cart" link on the right side menu.
When you are finished making your product selections, you will need to place
your order. Use the "Check Out" link on the right side menu, and
follow the instructions.
After reviewing your order and shipping information click on
"Continue" button. You will be taken to the Secure Check Out Form to
enter your credit card information.
You also need to specify what we should do for items that might be out of stock
by selecting from options or entering your message in space provided. After you
have entered all of the information on the Secure Check Out Form, click the
"Submit" button at the bottom of the form. All information from this
point is encrypted and cannot be viewed by any third party on the network.
As the final step, you will see your order number for your records. Once we
receive your order, we will process it within 24 hours. We will then carefully
monitor your order to ensure that it is shipped to you in a timely fashion, and
you will receive your product within several days to two weeks.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, Mastercard, or Pre-Payment. No C.O.D's.
Prices
All prices are FOB our warehouse, Mississauga, Ontario.
Prices are wholesale and GST/HST are extra where applicable.
Credit Terms
An application for Credit may be submitted after purchasing from
Saksco for at least one year. Net 30 days may then be available to
customers who buy THROUGHOUT the year. Overdue Accounts are charged
(2% Finance Charges) and may result in loss of credit privileges.
Orders under $300 must be paid by a Credit Card. We charge a fee of 3%
on invoices paid by a Credit Card after an order has been shipped. A
$25.00 charge will be applied on NSF cheques. (Credit Applications are
not processed between October & December. We do not disclose your
credit history to other Suppliers.)
Minimum Order
The minimum order amount is $150. There is a Service charge of $15 for
orders under $150.
Quick Order
If you already know the item codes for the products, you can use the quick
order option at the top of the page for faster ordering process.
Adding to Orders
Due to risk of errors and delays, we do not add to orders. However, we will
gladly take a new order.
Website Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for such products. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SAKSCO Gourmet Basket
Supplies shall immediately
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Pick Up Orders
Due to space constraints, we are unable to
offer this service during September to December, 2008 with the
exception of ready-made baskets (made baskets are not boxed for pick-ups; there is a $4-per-basket charge for boxing, if requested). Our entire warehouse is open for you to pick up your orders. You can also take advantage of our
Free Shipping Offer.

Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. All orders are
subject to acceptance by Saksco. Every effort has been made to provide the most accurate
and up to date information. However, we cannot be responsible for
any errors or omissions. If for whatever reason Saksco is unable to
deliver within the time frame promised you have the option of refusing
the shipment or arrange with us for pick-up. However, Saksco cannot
be responsible for lost business or other claims.
