How do I order from you?
Since we are an importer and wholesaler, we sell to the
Trade Only. You must have a registered business with a valid
business license
to buy from us. For more information regarding ordering and shipping,
please refer to our ordering and shipping page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Initial orders are paid by Visa, MasterCard,
prepayment.
How can I get on credit terms?
An Application for Credit may be
submitted after purchasing from Saksco for at least one year.
Net 30 days may then be available to customers who buy
THROUGHOUT the year. Overdue Accounts are charged (2% Finance
Charges) and may result in loss of credit privileges. Orders
under $300 must be paid by a Credit Card. We charge a fee of 3%
on invoices paid by a Credit Card after an order has been
shipped. A $25.00 charge will be applied on NSF cheques. (Credit
Applications are not processed between October & December.
We do not disclose your credit history to other Suppliers.)
How do I receive a Catalogue?
We publish a 4-Colour catalogue every year listing all
products and prices. To order this FREE catalogue, you can either register with
us here, or call (905) 795-9400 locally and
1-800-668-4390 Toll Free. You will be asked your company
name, address and your vendor permit # before processing your request. Due to the number of pages we
are unable to fax this to you.
How and where can I obtain a business license?
In Ontario, please call Canada-Ontario Business Service Center
for all information on federal and provincial government services and programs
at (416) 954-4636 or 1-800-567-2345. For other provinces,
please check the blue pages
in your telephone directory. It is a good idea to consult your accountant,
banker and a lawyer before starting a business.
Does SAKSCO employ
sales representatives in
our area?
No. We sell directly to you without having to pay
commissions to a sales rep. With our colour catalogue, toll free telephone
& fax, knowledgeable and friendly staff you will never need to see a sales
rep.
Does your company participate in any trade
show?
SAKSCO consistently participates in
various gift-related trade shows across North America, please
check out the "SAKSCO News" section for the most
updated information.
Is there a minimum order amount?
$100.
Do you sell assorted cases?
In many cases, we provide assorted cases for you to
have a wider selection with lower inventories. All assorted cases are listed in
the catalogue.
How long does it take to receive an
order?
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving
the order. It normally takes between 2-3 Working days to receive an order in
Ontario and Quebec, 4-5 working days in major cities across Canada and 5-7
working days elsewhere. It may take longer during the busy
holiday season.
Do you ship
chocolate in summer?
Yes, we do ship chocolate in summer where transit time is
1 day using ice packs. There is a nominal cost for these ice packs.
How do you ship
your products?
We ship via CANPAR ground.

open on weekends?
We certainly are. Please check the SAKSCO News section of our website for
the most up-to-date business hour.
How soon should we be booking for
Christmas products?
Although we are committed to supplying all products
listed in our Catalogue but during the Christmas Season it is highly
recommended that you book and take delivery of your product at the earliest
possible time to avoid disappointment.
